Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Hire
Location: Nashville, IL
Shifts: Monday-Thursday 5:30am-4:00pm - possibility of some weekends and overtime
Similar Positions: Picker/Packer, Assembly Worker, Material Handler, Laborer
Compensation: $15
Responsibilities of the Production Associate:
- Operating tea bagging, leaf filling, and labeling equipment
- Set up production lines based on schedules and supervisor input
- Monitor and ensure product quality through spot-checks and audits
- Adhere to Safe Quality Food (SQF) regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Requirements of the Production Associate:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 65 lbs independently and push product carts up to 100 lbs
- Attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Great attendance and performance
- Ability to work overtime if needed
