HireLevel is looking for a Production Associates/Assemblers in Pontoon Beach, IL.

Location: Pontoon Beach, IL | On Bus Line
Shift: Monday – Friday | 1st Shift – 7a – 3:30 PM
(Attendance is taken very seriously must be on time or you won’t start)
Compensation: $15/hr. (Employees who work 40 hours per week may qualify for an attendance/performance bonus)

Responsibilities of Production Associates
- Assemble, package, label, and inspect products on the production line
- Follow safety and quality procedures to ensure customer standards are met
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods
- Assist with other warehouse or production duties as assigned
Requirements of Production Associates:
- Previous assembly, warehouse, or production experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn
