• Use of orbital sanders and sandpaper.
• Cleaning of sandblasted and painted surfaces.
• Use of hand tools to aid in disassembly and assembly of parts prior to painting.
• Able to mask off surfaces and general prepping of parts.
• Some knowledge of painting is a plus
• Ability to use primer and sand primer to a paint ready stage is a plus.

• 1 Year of experience is required
• Must be able to follow protocols
• Heavy industrial equipment manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Industrial painting/prep/blast: 1 year (Preferred)
• High school diploma or high school equivalency preferred. 
• Previous experience in paint operations desired.
• Must have ability to follow written and verbal directions.
• Must exhibit attention to detail.
• Must exhibit interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
