Job Description
HireLevel is hiring Manufacturing Supervisor in St. Louis, MO.
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily operations on the production floor. This role ensures efficient workflow, adherence to quality and safety standards, and supports continuous improvement in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment.
Our client is a worldwide supplier of emergency medical products, respiratory products and medical gas construction equipment. We are a leading manufacturer of Ventilators, Carbon Dioxide Absorbents, Suction Regulators/Aspirators and Medical Gas Systems for hospital and patient care in home or emergency situations.

Compensation: $75,721.00 - $83,691.00/yr.

Responsibilities of Manufacturing Supervisor:
- Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly output goals.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and adjust schedules to optimize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, CGMP, and internal quality standards.
- Train, coach, and develop production staff to maintain high performance and morale.
- Monitor equipment usage and coordinate preventive maintenance.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production issues.
- Maintain accurate production records and report KPIs to management.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality.
- Review and approve employee time and attendance records in the timekeeping system, addressing discrepancies timely.
- Ensure fair, consistent, and timely documentation and delivery of corrective and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the production area.
Required Skills for Production Supervisor:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but will consider experience in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- 3+ years of Experience in medical device manufacturing or regulated industries is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is
