In this role, you create neoprene-based products by stripping, poking, sorting, washing, pre-dipping, and inspecting according to quality cleanliness standards.

Hours:
- 1st Shift - 6am-2:15pm
- 2nd Shift- 2pm-10:15pm
- 3rd Shift- 10pm-6:15am
Salary: $18.00-19.50

Responsibilities of Production Worker:
- Switching out mandrels during a rotational mandrel chance and placing them in proper storage area; performing duties of leach line operator; assisting with draining, cleaning, and filling of tanks when necessary.
- Checking mandrels and racks for foreign material, water, and pieces of rubber at various points during dipping operations; scraping off dried pre-dip runs of the back of the mandrels; removing miscellaneous junk from the production line; operating high-pressure washer to ensure mandrels are free from excess rubber and residue.
- Operating all machinery safely and efficiently; reporting any safety hazards to the assigned supervisor or safety manager; complying with all safety and quality policies, practices, and procedures; assuring compliance with all regulatory requirements including workplace safety, OSHA, etc. Wears steel-toed shoes and hearing protection in the proper places. Makes sure trash cans are taken out, floors are clean, and general housekeeping duties.
- Keeping error rates minimal and within acceptable ranges; maintaining an efficient work pace; meeting and exceeding all performance measurements: quantity, accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness of work performed.

- Must have good work ethic and attendance
- Must be able to pass drug and background check
