Job Description
Hirelevel is looking for a Production Associates for our client located in Marion, IL.
Do you want to be part of a dynamic organization that allows for you to work independently while being part of a team? The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance experience, and who can work with little to no supervision.

Shift: Multiple
Similar Positions: Machine Operator, Preventative Maintenance, CNC operator, Warehouse, Quality Control
Compensation: $17.00-$18.00
Responsibilities of Production Associate:
- Responsible for overall maintenance & repair of Extrusion dies
- Performs inspections of dies & equipment to determine conformance with specifications
- Perform maintenance of die including inspection, assembly/disassembly, replacement, polishing, filing & other related tasks
- Finish grinding applicatiions using manual & power tools
- Follow standard work processes & maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures/regulations
- Work procedure; work point; quality check
Job Requirements of Production Associate:
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
- Know how to follow work procedures.
- Must be responsible and have good attendance.
- Ability to work shifts, long hours, overtime, on-call, and weekends.
- Ability to interact well with coworkers.
