Job Description
HireLevel is seeking Assembly Workers in Princeton, IN.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a production setting and have experience working with various types of machinery.
Job Title: Assembly
Location: Princeton, IN
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
Hours: Gold Shift- 7:15pm to 4am Monday through Saturday

Requirements for Assembly Worker:
- Working in a manufacturing environment emphasizing teamwork, safety, and training.
- Follow standardized work procedures and work sequence for each process.
- Directly responsible for performance of assigned work area.
- Works in a team environment on safety, quality, productivity and cost improvement projects.
- Complete all working documentation, records and reports as requested.
- Understand all company policies and procedures.
- Be proactive and reactive to resolve abnormalities in the process.
Requirements for Assembly Worker:
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English
- Must be able to meet and/or pass dojo test at orientation.
- Must meet requirements for drug screening and criminal background policies.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Basic math skills required.
