Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources for corporate functions, the SR. Human Resources Manager will be a key member of the Corporate Functions Human Resources team helping to support HR project design and delivery for Human Resources related projects of the company’s global functions. This position will be help with proactively leading programs and projects that drive various talent initiatives, to include the following areas: talent reviews / discussions, performance management, compensation management, diversity & inclusion, and others. The successful candidate will be business and thought partner for corporate function HRBP’s and the COE’S and will broker the support of the full HR function to ensure that the business and associated organizational/talent management objectives are achieved

Responsibilities of Program Manager:
  • Lead and assist with HR Business Partner / Generalist efforts across the global functions, to include employee relations matters, investigations, organizational design, new leader assimilation, talent development, performance improvement planning, etc. (Global functional areas include HR, Legal, Communications, Finance, IT)
  • In collaboration with Corporate Function HRBP’s and HR COE’s, lead and organize key global talent initiatives and programs for the global functions, to include the talent review process
  • Assist with overseeing and managing core programs supporting the global functions to ensure consistent and standard practices; programs could include efforts in the following areas: talent acquisition, performance management, diversity & inclusion, talent management, compensation management, integration, etc.
  • Partner with the functional leaders and HR team members to coordinate, track, analyze data and measure results of our initiatives
  • Support special projects and other responsibilities as needed


Requirements of Human Resource Coordinator:
  • Bachelor’s degree required in an HR related discipline
  • 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced HR business partner role, preferably supporting corporate functions and in a global environment or managing HR programs across a global organization
  • Working ability to positively model the organization's commitment to culture, integrity, values diversity, inclusion, and maintaining a respectful workplace
  • Superior project management skills with high tolerance for working in changing and ambiguous situations. Demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure, prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly, often against tight deadlines, while always paying very close attention to detail
  • Demonstrated track record of coordinating and executing programs taking a highly organized Project Management approach
  • Creative communicator who works best in a collaborative environment and builds mutual trust and credibility at all levels of an organization
  • A proven ability to take initiative, to anticipate customer needs and recommend actions to address challenges
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills
  • Proven business and financial acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct effective meetings and seek clarity of critical information
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience using Project Management software, and Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and or similar collaboration platforms
