Key Responsibilities for Quality Assurance Specialist:
- Conduct and oversee quality checks to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
- Train and supervise a team of 4-5 laboratory technicians.
- Implement and train staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ASTM guidelines.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address and resolve laboratory issues.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers.
- Show initiative and motivation to advance within the company.
- Responsible for daily reporting of data to customers.
Qualifications for Quality Assurance Specialist:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with quality checks and ensuring contractual obligations.
- Proven experience in supervising or training staff.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with SOPs and ASTM guidelines.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and motivation to advance in a professional setting.
- Ability to produce daily reports and communicate results effectively to customers.
