Job Description
HireLevel is looking for a Quality Safety Manager in Saint Louis, MO.
This is an individual responsible for overseeing the facility's quality system to ensure that processes meet regulatory and customer standards.
Job Category: Contract
Location: St Louis, MO
Shift: 6 am- 4:30 pm
Compensation: $20-23 BOE

Responsibilities of Quality Safety Manager
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Organize and conduct safety training programs for team members promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the inspection and audits of products to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Address customer complaints and non-conformance by identifying root cause and implementing corrective actions.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, responsible for all other tasks as assigned.

Requirements of a Quality Safety Manager
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards (OSHA, EPA, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ?Industry Experience with Aluminum Anodizing, Coatings, Aluminum Extrusion, Metal Fabrication, Machining and Value-added processing.
