Job Description
HireLevel is seeking Safe Launch Team Members located in Princeton, IN.

Shift: 2nd Shift - 2:30pm - 11:10pm Monday through Friday with possible OT

Compensation of Safe Launch Team Member: $14.90 per hour

Responsibilities of Safe Launch Team Member:
- Requires organizing, trouble-shooting and resolving non-compliant products or situations with interaction of production employees, Quality Technicians and Specialists
- Responsible for complete and accurate daily documentation of all QA concerns which arise on the production floor
- Records, evaluates, and reports quality and reliability data
- Follows all Standardized Work Instructions for the Quality Inspection Department
- Raises any concerns on new quality concerns or defects to the responsible Quality Technician and ensures that chain of control procedure is followed for evaluation of defects
- Controls document and data requirements under the company quality management system
- Attends and follows all training sessions and follows materials provided by company for improvement of quality control procedures
- Follows and assists will all sort and inspection procedures
- Other duties may be required ensuring the company meets and exceeds customer expectations and needs
Requirements of Safe Launch Team Member:
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Must be comfortable with reading and comprehending spreadsheets
- Must demonstrate reading comprehension and understanding through comprehensive testing
- Must demonstrate proficiency in basic math skills with or without an assistive device through comprehensive and periodic testing
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs frequently
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand fluent English
- High School Diploma or GED required
