Responsibilities of Food Court Sanitation:

• Washing dishes
• Cleaning dining area tables and chairs
• Removing trash and cleaning trash cans
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment
• Maintaining equipment and supplies in the service area
• Wash and sanitize walls in kitchen areas

Requirements for Food Court Sanitation:

• Ability to follow instructions
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cleaning solutions
• Knowledge of sanitation practices
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
