Job Description
HireLevel is seeking Shipping and Receiving Associates for the Shoe Carnival Distribution Center located in Evansville, IN.
They are looking to add valued team members to their friendly team! If you have experience in a warehouse setting, this could be the job for you. This is a temp to hire position with growth potential.
Shift: 8:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. | With overtime opportunities

Compensation and Benefits of the Shipping and Receiving Associate:
The starting salary for the shipping and receiving associate is $12.00 per hour. An $80 perfect attendance bonus is offered weekly!
Responsibilities of the Shipping and Receiving Associate:
- Rotate within Shipping and Receiving areas
- Off-load inbound merchandise from trailers
- Load pallets of merchandise by wave
- Unload pallets of merchandise onto conveyor for sortation
- Load cartons and fixtures onto trailers
- Sort and scan non-conveyable merchandise onto a bill of lading
- Load non-conveyable merchandise and mail bags onto trailers
- Off-load inbound merchandise from trailers
- Inspect for damage or loss in all inbound cartons of merchandise
- Inbound validation performed
Requirements of the Shipping and Receiving Associate:
- Ability to stack and carry 40 to 70 lbs. Constantly.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Ability to operate a hand-held scanner
- Must meet requirements for drug screening and criminal background policies.
