Our client is looking for a Technical Recruiter on a contract basis for about 3 to 6 months. The contract could be extended if needed. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for IT, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs and other high-end roles.

Responsibilities of Technical Recruiter:
Partner with HR Generalists and Business Partners and hiring managers to identify needs, job specifications, and qualifications necessary to fill positions in a cost effective, timely manner.
Ensure compliance with EEO Regulations and Affirmative Action goals and objectives.
This is a critical role that has a dramatic impact on business performance and candidate experience in support of a global department that is growing and diversifying its scope.
Recruit, source, screen, and interview candidates for appropriate skills, credentials, experience and knowledge.
Demonstrate strong sourcing capabilities using social media, networking, direct sourcing, and engaging passive talent.
Oversee the pre-employment process such as background checks and references.
Develop and implement new, creative recruiting strategies to meet established goals and company objectives.
Conduct market analysis in order to recommend fair, competitive pay.
Multi-task, prioritize, and organize to ensure accurate and timely recording for effective reporting metrics.
Requirements of Technical Recruiter:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field
Must have 3 - 5 years of experience in technical recruiting including engineering, IT and regulatory affairs.
Working knowledge of employment systems, preferably Taleo and SAP highly preferred.
Ability to excel at fast paced recruitment and source quality candidates in high volumes
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Computer proficiency and previous ATS experience
Must be able to meet the client s background check and drug testing requirements.
