The Timekeeping Trainer will be responsible for creating and facilitating training for Workforce software for all locations.
Job Category: Full Time, Contract
Location: REMOTE - Atlanta, GA
Shift: M-F - 40 hr work week
Compensation: $45-$68 /hour
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating & designing training material
- Will oversee process for conducting and tracking training sessions
- Experience with Workforce Management/Time and Attendance Training OR Payroll Training
- Technical Experience with Cornerstone (or similar LMS)
- Experience with Camtasia (or similar screen recording/video editing software)
Requirements/ Preferred experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred
- 5+ years’ experience supporting timekeeping and payroll processes and systems
- Experience in issue resolution, problem solving, and facilitating business process redesign
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of Payroll / Time and Attendance policies, processes and procedures, payroll laws, rules and regulations pertaining to payroll
- Working knowledgeable of applicable federal, state and local payroll laws and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure with set implementation dates while implementing multiple projects simultaneously is essential
- Ability to accurately document and communicate training material
- Strong technical acumen & Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work under time constraints to meet critical deadlines
