Job Description
HireLevel is currently seeking hardworking and driven Machine Operators to join a state-of-the-art production facility in Collinsville, IL.
Our client is a leading printing and manufacturing company specializing in tag and label application, flexible packaging, and product identification. This position would start as a boxing/packing role and then would be trained to operate the Slitter Machine.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Collinsville, IL
Compensation: Starting at $17/hr.
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Thursday | 5a – 3:30p
Job Type: Full-Time; Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities of Machine Operator:
- Box/pack up boxes
- Operate machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform basic math calculations and measurements using a tape measure (in millimeters and inches).
- Utilize basic mechanical and computer aptitude to support production needs.
- Work independently and collaborate with team members.
- Lift 20 - 60 pounds as needed.
Qualifications of Machine Operator:
- Must be able to read a tape measure.
- Steel toe or composite shoes are required in the facility
- Physical ability to lift 20 - 60 pounds and perform tasks requiring mechanical precision.
