Job Description
HireLevel is looking for a Warehouse Associate in Evansville, IN
HireLevel is looking for a temporary a warehouse associate for a local northside company. This will be a long term position with possible hire on. This employee would work a dual position, in an office setting and in the warehouse.
Location: Evansville, IN
Shift: 08:00am – 04:30pm (8.0 hours) or 07:30am – 04:00pm (8.0 hours), Monday – Friday, OT possible. When scheduled OT will be mandatory.
- Lunch is 30 minutes – will NOT be paid.
- Two 10 minutes (AM & PM) breaks are provided – will be paid.
Compensation: $ 17.25/ hour

- Pay raises at hire on and after evaluations
Responsibilities of Warehouse Associate:
- Customers have projects: 80 – 90 % at Warehouse & 10 – 20% of office work
- Customers do have projects: 80 – 90 % at Office & 10 – 20% at Warehouse
- Office work
- Simple data entry to Spreadsheet
- E-mail correspondence with customers/vendors (outlook) – Sometimes may ask to call customers and vendor.
- Prepare some shipping documents to our vendor
- Organize documents and file to where appropriate.
- Warehouse work
- Piece Count of parts prior to packaging
- Lay down the parts and count
- Briefly check the quality (appear no obvious damage)
- Take picture of the parts
- Put the parts back into an original container
- If the parts are small, pack them into a cardboard box to ship.
- Other work as needed.

Requirements of Warehouse Associate:
- A temp person should understand it is required to do office work and warehouse work simultaneously.
- Must have steel toe shoes
- will provide other PPE such as vest/safety glasses/hard hat
- No cell phone to play during work. – Limit to use only at emergency basis.
- Computer skills – No excellent computer skill is required. However,
- Some experience on email communications will be helpful
