Job Description
HireLevel is looking for Warehouse Associates in La Vergne, TN!
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Location: La Vergne, TN
Compensation: $18
Shift: 1st shift - Monday - Friday 7:00AM-5:00PM + OT
Responsibilities of Warehouse Associate:
- Pulling Orders for delivery or pick-up Inspect material for transit
- Load and Double Check walk-in customer orders
- Load and Double Check delivery vehicle load for accuracy
- Load and/or Unload Vendor or Common Carrier Vehicles
- Double Check Delivery Order Paperwork for Accuracy
- Complete Pick Ticket Orders
- Requirements of Warehouse Associate:
- 1 year of industrial or manufacturing experience is preferred
- Must be able to meet background and drug screen requirements
- Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs consistently
Physical Requirements of Warehouse Associate:
- Ability to routinely climb stairs, ladders, or platforms
- Ability to routinely bend and squat
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to frequently life and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally life and/or move up to 75 pounds
