Warehouse Associate
Job Description
HireLevel is seeking Forklift Operator / Production Team Member located in Princeton, IN.
We are looking for career-minded people and offer great benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) once employees are hired directly. The ideal candidate will have experience with forklift, machine operation, and will have the drive learn to operate overhead crane.

Shift: Gold shift 7:15pm to 4:00am
Similar Jobs: We do have a forklift, however, we also have large equipment such as a scrap handler, Overhead Crane, Yard Dog( small semi truck basically), Skidster, and Trackmobile. Experience on some of those is helpful but not necessary.
Compensation and Benefits of the Warehouse Associate:
Starting salary for this position is $19.95 per hour. Once hired, benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and life insurance.
Additional Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:
- Using a tugger/forklift inside Plant picking up recycling and then taking it back to the balers/dumpsters to process.
- A more physical job with pushing/pulling carts and unloading some materials by hand
- Busy manufacturing/warehouse environment
- You will be in all elements and weather for this job
Job Requirements of the Warehouse Associate:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience with forklifts of at least 3 months and overhead cranes a plus.
- Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
- Candidate must meet drug and background screening requirements.
- Forklift and tugger experience a plus but not required for these positions
- Solid work history is required
- Excellent attendance required
- These are outdoor/indoor positions
- You will be trained to use mobile equipment to enter Plant and pick up clean recyclables, then process them in the outdoor work area.
