Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Type: Contract | Contract-to-Hire
Location: Sparta, IL
Shift Options:
- Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- Sunday–Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Compensation: $17.00 – $18.50/hour
Responsibilities of a Warehouse Associate:
- Assemble cable trays using hand and power tools
- Package parts according to work instructions and quality standards
- Safely operate equipment and follow all safety procedures
- Use a hand pallet jack to move materials throughout the warehouse
- Learn and assist with operating a brake press machine
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements for a Warehouse Associate:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Steel-toed boots required
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable with good attendance and work ethic
- Ability to pass a drug screening
