HireLevel is looking for Warehouse Coaches and Team Leads in Indianapolis, IN!

Our Coaches and Team Leads are experts in process and ensure that the team picks, sorts, preps, and packs products safely, efficiently, and effectively to meet customers’ needs.

Available Shifts:
- Tuesday-Friday 7:30 A.M-5:30 P.M
- Saturday-Monday 5:30 A.M-5:30 P.M
Compensation: $19.95 - $23.50/hr.

Responsibilities of Coach/Team Lead:
- Lead team onboarding and training sessions
- Coach the team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in picking, sorting, prepping, and packing products
- Perform daily check-ins to verify team member accuracy and roster
- Address knowledge and skill gaps through training and hands-on experience
- Work alongside the team to achieve fulfillment targets
- Engage in physical activities including lifting, balancing, walking, and handling materials
- Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Use RF scanners and technology for accurate scanning and packing
- Apply basic math skills for accurate processing
Requirements of Coach/Team Lead:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months warehouse experience required; 6 months as a leader preferred
- Proven ability to lead, hold team members accountable, and work independently
- Effective communication skills and a welcoming, helpful attitude
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks efficiently
