Comprehension: $22-$25 an hour depending on experience
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor:
- Coach, motivate and manage performance of the team to meet or exceed goals while ensuring the products are up to standards
- Scheduling delivery routes
- Hiring and interviews
- Work with Sales Manager on new client orders
- Shipping and receiving
- Picking and packing orders
- Forklift use for loading and unloading trucks
Requirements of the Line Supervisor:
- Previous leadership experience in distribution required (1year)
- This is a working supervisor position and requires to be hands on
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to meet drug screening requirements
