HireLevel is looking for a Steel and Aluminum Welders in St. Charles, MO!

Compensation: $21.84 - $25.45/hr. with pay increases for 6 and 12 months and quarterly bonuses
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts

Key Responsibilities of Welder:
- Set up and operate welders for MIG welding of steel and aluminum products.
- Adjust welders as necessary to ensure quality standards are met.
- Consistently produce high-quality welds with minimal supervision.
- Interpret blueprints and symbols, ensuring production matches specifications.
- Use a variety of tools (welding table, prints, tape measure, protractor, clamps) to fabricate products without a fixture.
- Work closely with management and team members to communicate production issues and seek solutions.
What You Bring:
- Proven MIG welding experience.
- Background in manufacturing and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work overhead, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
- Able to walk or stand for a minimum of 8 hours per shift.
- Experience using power and hand tools.
