Hirelevel is looking for Welders at their St. Charles, MO location! This client is a leader in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of steel, galvanized, and aluminum products for some of the biggest name brand stores! $0.50 raise after 30 days with perfect attendance. Other raises offered at 6, 12, and 18 month mark!

Responsibilities of Welder:
- Setup and operate welders to hand weld products in a safe, efficient, quality and ergonomic manner
- Adjust welders as needed to maintain part quality
- Continuously produces, at an acceptable level of productivity with some supervision.
- Capable of setting own machine for materials welded, producing little smoke or splatter.
- Produces acceptable-quality welds with good workmanship and very few rejects. Reads and understands weld prints and symbols. Completes own work to print requirements
- Capable of setting own machine for materials welded, producing little smoke or splatter. Ability to fine-tune skills.
- Sets up own fixtures without supervision.
- Moderate product knowledge; has the ability to produce products from layout sheets, knows model numbers and which components are required for the products.
- Embraces and champions new roll outs of processes
Requirements of Welder:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have basic math skills required to complete dimensions needed
- Proficiently weld Aluminum, Steel, and Galvanized steel
- Balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach for extended periods of time
- Lifting up to 60 pounds
- Must be comfortable in warm/cold working environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Must meet background and drug screening requirements
