HireLevel is looking for Fabrication /Welders in St. Charles, MO!
The Client is a leader in the Steel Fabrication and pipe manufacturing along with steel coil and plate distribution. It is 100% Employee owned with competitive pay, a great culture. Working at this company you have flexible schedules and over time available. Incentives paid out monthly averaging $250. Also have quarterly profit sharing up to $8,000 a year.

Job Category: Mill Pipe Operators, Fitters, Pipe Cutters
Location: St. Charles, MO, O'Fallon MO.
Shift: | Monday - Thursday 1st -5:am to 3.30pm 2nd -3pm to 9.30pm WKND-5am to 5.30pm
Compensation: $19-22 $4/Differential Lots of Overtime

Responsibilities of Fabrication /Welders
- Proficient in assigned welding techniques
- Interpretation of mechanical drawings, including weld requirement symbolism
- Knowledge of wire and filler materials applications for various steel alloys, aluminum, and some exotic materials
- Working knowledge of fixtures and weld set-up parameters (amps, volts, etc.)
- Conventional and precision measuring instruments
- Process inspection, certification, and documentation
- Welding equipment maintenance
- Finish grinding applications using manual and power tools
- Safety and Housekeeping
- Other duties as assigned by the area supervisor
Requirements of Fabrication /Welders
- MIG welding experience.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Able to manufacture products to specifications without a fixture.
- Successful completion of an internal welding test
- Shows initiative and the ability to begin and follow a job through to completion with little supervision.
- Capable of balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching to work overhead.
- Able to Walk or stand for a minimum of 8 hours with limited breaks.
- High School Diploma
