HireLevel is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Providers (DSPs) to support individuals with daily living needs in a safe, respectful, and empowering environment.

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Murphysboro & DeSoto, IL
Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  (Must be available to work every other weekend)

Pay: $17.00/hour

Responsibilities of Direct Support Professionals: 

• Assist individuals with personal care needs, including hygiene and daily living activities
• Provide support to individuals with high medical needs
• Encourage independence, growth, and community involvement
• Help individuals participate in recreational, social, and leisure activities
• Build positive relationships and serve as a supportive role model
• Maintain a safe, caring, and structured environment
• Document care and communicate effectively with team members

Requirement of Direct Support Professionals: 

• DSP Certification required
• Previous experience with personal care and/or high medical needs preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license required
